SharkBoxing makes all its shipments through our trusted logistics operator GLS, both for National and International shipments. The delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours for national shipments,
IMPORTANT: delivery times are considered working days (Monday to Friday). As long as the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
For shipments outside the peninsula (Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) except the Balearic Islands and 10 days. Orders destined for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands are subject to various customs charges and taxes. The payment of these will correspond to the client.
We offer the maximum guarantee in meeting the shipping requirements, in case the delivery deadline cannot be met, SharkBoxing will contact you to find a solution to your request. In the event that as a customer you decide to cancel the order, you can make a payment of the amount in advance, in case of payment by Pay Pal, or offer any other product from our extensive catalog.
Order Returns
Once an order has been placed and it has been delivered, the customer will have 30 days to request its return. In this case, it will be SharkBoxing Equipment who will authorize the return, checking that the order is indeed in poor condition, broken or wrong and therefore said return is fully justified.
